Thank you for supporting the Al Malek Foundation. Your donations are essential to our mission of providing education and opportunities to girls from low-income families. Please read our refund policy carefully before donating.

1. Non-Refundable Donations

All donations made to Al Malek Foundation are final and non-refundable. Once the donation has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, as it is immediately allocated to the foundation's projects and actions.

2. Transaction Errors

If you believe an error has been made in processing your donation (for example, an incorrect amount was charged or a data entry error occurred), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the claim and, if justified, correct the error.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation and would like to cancel future payments, you can do so at any time by contacting us via email or by accessing your donor account, if applicable. Payments already made are non-refundable, but the cancellation will take effect for future payments.
