The Al Malek Foundation was created in memory of Abdel Malek Touré, a courageous and generous young man, called to God at the age of 19. Abdel Malek had the dream of making a difference in the lives of others, especially children and young girls from modest families. He firmly believed in education as a lever for change and in the importance of supporting those who need it most so that they can achieve their full potential.
The Al Malek Foundation was born from the desire to perpetuate this spirit of solidarity and commitment. Its mission is to offer young girls in Africa, who face socio-economic challenges, the means to succeed through education and support. We believe that every young girl has the right to a quality education and opportunities that will allow her to flourish and actively contribute to society.
Our Mission
The Al Malek Foundation’s mission is simple but powerful: to provide access to education for girls from low-income families in Africa, while providing them with ongoing support so they can succeed academically and personally. By investing in the education of these girls, we believe we are helping to build a better future for them, their communities, and the world.
